Keeping peace in our hearts

The world is hard right now isn't it. There is no escape from the bad news,
and the worry about what might be coming next.
There is no magic wand to wave, sadly, but we can try to maintain our own peace of mind which will in its way help you, your loved ones and spread out into the world. That is how energy works.
Sounds easy, sure, hard to manage in real life I know.
We can do it, I have faith in you all 🙂✨
A few ideas that may help.
Limit your social media, Doom scrolling has never be more literal than now. It's important to stay informed, but choose one or two media outlets that you trust and just check in with them when you need to. Try to include a few good news channels if you can, good stuff is still going on!
Connect or reconnect with your own practices or beliefs, however you in your own way connect with the universe and its energies. This may be prayer, contemplation, affirmation, mantra, it's all good! It brings us comfort and it adds to the positive energy that the world needs.
Find ways to be an active helper, this can be so healing and reassuring. It can be a formal arrangement through a charity or organisation you support, or just in a personal way where you see a need in your own community.
If you feel overwhelmed please reach out to someone. Don't sit in fear and anxiety and let it take over your life. If you see someone else struggling, reach out.
