My Healing Journey
I was born and live in Melbourne, Australia, but my heart and work are deeply connected to the Himalayan region. I’ve been practicing holistic healing since 2001, the same year I founded the Arura Healing Centre.
After stepping away from corporate life, I followed a quiet but persistent call toward healing. I began by studying Bach Flower Remedies, Crystal Healing, and completed my Reiki training to Master level in both the Usui and Tibetan traditions.

In 2005, I met my root teacher, Dr Nida Chenagtsang. This meeting opened the door to the vast and integrative world of Tibetan Medicine (Sowa Rigpa) and its deeply rooted spiritual practices. Since then, I have devoted myself to this lineage, as both a practitioner and teacher of Tibetan Medicine.

My studies have taken me to Tibet, Nepal, and India, where I’ve been fortunate to learn from traditional masters and immerse myself in the living culture of these teachings. I carry these experiences with deep joy and gratitude, and keep my passport close, always ready to return to Tibet!

Meditation and Movement
Alongside my healing work, I’ve been teaching meditation for over 23 years.
I’m a registered Senior Teacher with the Meditation Association of Australia, offering both secular and spiritually grounded teachings.
I also teach Nejang Tibetan Yoga, a gentle and effective yogic system from the Tibetan medical tradition that supports the breath, energy, and subtle body.

A Little More About Me
When I’m not in the clinic or the meditation room, you’ll often find me with a camera or paintbrush in hand, exploring light and landscape, I’m a passionate photographer and lover of visual storytelling. I’m also a compulsive book buyer, always reading, researching, or adding just one more title to the pile.
I'm currently (still!) trying to learn the Tibetan language, slowly and with a lot of laughter. It’s one more way I try to honour the lineage I’ve been blessed to be part of.
