Bach Flower Remedies

“Let not the simplicity of this method deter you from its use. Take no notice of the disease; think only of the outlook on life of the one in distress.”

Dr Edward Bach was a renowned physician who practised for over twenty years as a Harley St consultant in London. He evolved his simple natural method of healing in the 1920’s.
The 38 flower remedies he discovered act to heal through the balancing of mind and emotion, which he believed to be the ultimate cause of all our physical dis-ease.
In his own words:
The remedies are all prepared from the flowers of wild plants, bushes, and trees.
None are harmful or habit forming.
Based on the understanding that our emotional and mental states affect our physical state, Bach Flower Remedies can help with many conditions such as fear, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, sleep issues, phobias, and addictions.
Probably the best known of the Bach Remedies is Rescue Remedy
It contains:
Star of Bethlehem for shock
Rock Rose for terror
Impatiens for mental stress and tension
Cherry Plum for desperation
Clematis for the bemused, out of body feeling, which can precede fainting or loss of consciousness.
Rescue Remedy can be used for any emergency, great or small. Use it for sorrow, sudden bad news, after accidents or traumas, in times of fear or stress. It can be taken before going into a stressful situation such as an exam or job interview.
Take 4 - 6 drops in a glass of water, or under the tongue, immediately, and as often as required, every five minutes if needed. Pets can have a few drops in their water bowl.
It is not intended to replace emergency aid if the situation is serious or life threatening.

Tailored blends for your own needs are available by consultation.
This can be online or in person.
All Bach Flower Remedies are also available by mail order.
